The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

  • How do you clean considering COVID-19?
    The Coronavirus (COVID-19) has sadly spread throughout the world, and cleaning companies play an important role in reducing the chance of spread. Unfortunately, many are not prepared, but we are. Not only do we take your saftey seriously, we have ours in mind. Cleaning and disinfection of surfaces has been our standard of service long before the COVID-19 pandemic. We can also take additional measures to clean and disinfect any additional surfaces that you need to have done. Upon specific request, we will clean and disinfect additional surfaces like door knobs, cabinetry pulls and handles, etc. We also offer Zoom video chats to comply with social distancing.
  • Are you licensed, bonded and insured?"
    Yes we are licensed by the CIty of Placerville and also El Dorado County. We are bonded and insured through Hiscox Insurance.
  • How soon can I cancel my appoinment?
    We understand that life happens, and that's OK. You can cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.
  • Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?
    No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.
  • Do you wash windows?
    Yes, we wash interior windows if we can safely reach them. However, we do not wash exterior windows. To do so correctly and safely often requires special equipement.
  • What methods of payment do you accept?
    We prefer cash or check, however we can also accept all major credit cards or payment services like Venmo or Zelle.
  • Can I get an quote to clean my house or business over the phone?
    We prefer to see in person what needs to be cleaned. We want to provide you an accurate quote and avoid missunderstandings. To do this, we need to come by your home or business to provide an accurate quote. However, under certain circumstances we can provide quotes over the phone. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many of our clients have requested a Zoom chat over their smartphones. Offering a quote this way is certaily possible, just let us know!
  • Do I have to be present when you are cleaning?
    No, you do not have to be at your home or business when we are cleaning. However we understand that you may not be comfortable with having strangers in your home or business while you are not there. Trust takes time, and we understand this.
  • Have you completed a Live Scan and Backgroud check?
    Yes we have our Live Scan fingerprinting and backgroud check on record.

Payments Accepted

We prefer cash or check payments. However we can except all major credit cards, or payment services like Venmo.

Cancellation Policy

We can accept cancellations of 24 hours or more from your scheduled cleaning. Please have a reschedule date and time in mind so we can accommodate you.
